活動報告

学校:Bishop Druitt College(オーストラリア)
期間:3月26〜6月22日

日曜日にニルズがサプライズで動物園に連れて行ってくれました。前に自分がコアラを見たいと言ったのを覚えていてくれました。行き先を伝えられていなかったので何をするのか少し不安だったけど、動物園に着いた瞬間、嬉しかったのと安心もしました。初めてのコアラは寝ていたけど最高にかわいかったです。他にもライオンやウォンバット、ペンギン、ワニなどたくさんの動物がいました。そしてディンゴは見た目がほとんど柴犬でレア感なかったです。でもディンゴのスカルプチャーはかなりイケてました。最後にもう一度コアラを見に行くと、ジャンプして移動したりユーカリを食べたり活発的になっていました。日本でも動物園にしばらく行っていなかったので、とても楽しく充実した1日を過ごすことができました。計画してくれたニルズ、連れて行ってくれたホストファミリーに感謝しています。あとカンガルーはもうお腹いっぱいです。

Nils took me to the zoo on Sunday as a surprise. He remembered that I had told him before that I wanted to see the koalas. I was a little nervous about what we were going to do since I hadn’t been told where we were going, but the moment we arrived at the zoo, I was happy and relieved. I saw my first koala sleeping,  it was the cutest thing I had ever seen. There were also lions, wombats, penguins, crocodiles, and many other animals. And the dingos were almost all Shiba Inu in appearance, so I didn’t feel like they were rare. But the dingo sculpture was pretty cool. Finally, I went to see the koalas again and found that they were very active, jumping, moving, and eating eucalyptus. I hadn’t been to the zoo in Japan for a while, so I had a very enjoyable and productive day. I am grateful to Nils for planning it and to my host family for taking me. Kangaroo are not very amusing for me  anymore.
