4月15日から18日まで、ホストファミリーと一緒にゴールドコーストに旅行に行きました。火曜日の朝にデイビッド・フライ・ワイルドライフ・パークに行きました。そこではオーストラリアのさまざまな動物を見ることができました。とても面白かったです。その日の午後、ホストマザーが私にネイルをさせてくれました。それまでネイルをしたことがなく、とても嬉しかったです。その日の夕方、私たちはマギーのお兄さんとその彼女さんと一緒にミニゴルフをしました。簡単ではありませんでしたが、とても面白かったです。水曜日にワーナーブラザーズ・ムービーワールドに行きました。最初はジェットコースターが怖かったのですが、乗っているうちに楽しくなりました。その日の夕食はお寿司屋さんに行きました。三日間の中で一番好きな夕食でした。その後、私たちはマギーのお兄さんとその彼女さんと一緒に脱出ゲームに行きました。たくさんの仕掛けがあって面白かったです。最終日はハーバータウン・プレミアム・アウトレットで買い物に行きました。この4日間、色々な場所に連れて行ってもらい、色々な体験をさせてもらい、ゴールドコーストで過ごす時間を満喫しました。

土曜日は、カリスと彼女のお母さんと一緒にベリンゲンマーケットに行きました。今まで行ったマーケットの中で一番大きくて賑やかなマーケットでした。特にカラフルな石鹸やキャンドルが可愛かったです。その後はイタリアンレストランでランチをしました。大好きな魚料理を食べることができて嬉しかったです。その後、カリスと彼女のお母さんから誕生日プレゼントをもらいました。大好きなものばかりだったので嬉しかったです。素敵な時間を過ごせてとても感謝しています。

I went on a holiday to the Gold Coast from the 15th to the 18th of April with my host family. I went to DAVID FLEY WILDLIFE PARK on Tuesday morning. I was able to see various Australian animals there. It was so interesting. That day afternoon, my host mother let me get a manicure. I had never gotten a manicure until then. So, I was so happy!! That day evening, we played mini-golf with Maggie’s brother and his girlfriend. It was not easy and it was so funny. We went to Warner Bros. Movie World on Wednesday. I was scared of roller coasters at first, but as I rode it, I started to enjoy it. That day dinner, we went to the sushi restaurant, It was the best dinner out of the three nights. Afterwards, we went to the escape room with Maggie’s brother and his girlfriend. It was fun because there were a lot of tricks. Last day, we went shopping at Harbour Town Premium Outlets. During these four days, I was taken to various places, had many experiences, and thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Gold Coast.

On Saturday, I went to Bellingen markets with Carys and her mother. It was the biggest and busiest market I have ever been to. The colorful soaps and candles were especially cute. After that, we had lunch at the Italy restaurant. I was happy that I was able to eat my favourite fish dish. Then, Carys and her mother gave me birthday presents. I was happy because there were only things my favourite. I am very grateful for the wonderful time we had.

Now that I’ve almost finished studying abroad, I think it was really good to have studied abroad in Australia. Two and a half months went by so quickly. Studying abroad has a big effect for me. I liked English more, and I want to speak English much more fluently. I’ll continue to learn English hard without forgetting this feeling. And I want to go back to Australia again someday. Also, I am truly grateful to all the people who were involved in my study abroad experience. Thank you for the valuable experience.
