活動報告

オーストラリアに来て2週間が経ちました。学校生活にも少しずつ慣れてきて、毎日学校へ行くのが楽しみになっています。そして学校生活を送っている中で、日本との違いを見つけることができました。

1つ目は授業でグループになって作業をすることがとても多いということです。基本的に隣に友達がいてわからなかったらすぐに聞ける環境になっています。わからないまま次の授業に進んでしまうよりいいなと思いました。

2つ目は男女の関係性です。学校で男女が一緒に行動したりお昼を食べたりするのは当たり前で、体育も男女混合で女子も全力で取り組んでいます。授業ではわからないことがあった場合はみんなが手を上げて質問をします。それができるのはお互いに認めあっているからだと思いました。この距離感はとてもいいなと感じています。

It has been two weeks since I came to Australia. I am gradually getting used to school life. Every day, I look forward to going to school.

First of all, we often work in groups in class. Basically, I have friends next to me, and if I don’t understand something, I can ask questions to them right away. I thought it was better than going to the next class without understanding.
Second is the relationship between boys and girls. At school, boys and girls usually interact together and eat lunch together. Even in class, if they don’t understand something, they all raise their hands and ask questions. I thought this was possible because of mutual recognition of each other. I feel this sense of closeness is very nice.
