学校での生活にも慣れてきました。11年生徒との日本語の授業が一番楽しいです。
この授業では、日本語を英語へと英訳して先生や生徒達に採点してもらっています。今まで学校で習ってきた表現とは違う表現を学べてとても勉強になります。11年生の生徒達は和訳をしたり、スピーキングをしたりしています。私は10年生の日本語の授業も受けていますが、みんな積極的で質問を沢山していました。家庭科の授業では、クッキーとチョコレートソースを作りました。私が驚いたのは生徒達の手際がよかったことです。みんな優しく教えてくれたり、作り終わった後にハイタッチを求めてきてくれた事が嬉しかったです。ハウスミーティングではドッジボールをしました。ドッジボールは久しぶりにしたので楽しむ事ができました。私が困っていた時に同じハウスの生徒が教室まで連れて行ってくれたり、一緒にゲームをしてくれたりとみんな優しいです。加えて、複数人での会話で話をつかむことを目標に頑張りたいと思います。
I am getting used to school life. My favorite subject is Japanese  with year 11. In this class, I’m translating Japanese to English and I am marked by students and a teacher. I can learn expressions which I have not learnt in school so I’ll study a lot. Students who are year 11 are translating English to Japanese or learning speaking. I have taken Japanese class which is year 10 and everyone is active and asked many questions. In hospitality class, I made cookies and chocolate sauce. I was surprised that everyone is skillful. After cooking, I was happy that students asked me for a high five. In house meeting, I played dodge ball. I hadn’t done it for a long time but I enjoyed it. When I was in trouble, students who are in same house took me to the classroom and played game with me so I think they are really kind. Additionally, I would like to do my best to understand a conversation with multiple people.
