活動報告

学校：Bishop Druitt College（オーストラリア）

期間：４月２７日～７月２３日

今週で留学に来て１か月がたちました。長かったようであっというまでした。この１週間も色々なことが経験できました。今週は、fundraiser dayがありみんなでやケーキなどの食べ物を持ちよりました。そしてRecessとよばれる休憩時間にみんなでお菓子をわけあいました。見たことのない食べ物やお菓子がたくさんありました。オーストラリアのお菓子はどれもあまいですがおいしいです。わたしの友達たちも手作りのケーキを作っていました。みんな料理が上手で驚きました。様々な食べたことのないものを食べる事ができてとても嬉しかったです。友達ともより仲良くなれました。

休日には、マーケットと海に連れて行ってもらいました。ホストマザーにモールにも連れて行ってもらいました。かわいい服屋や雑貨屋を沢山紹介してもらいました。私は海外のポップな色使いがとても好きです。帰りにお寿司屋さんに寄りました。日本のお寿司屋さんとはちがうシステムで驚きました。味も日本のお寿司とは違った美味しさでした。

夜には、クロコダイルのバーベキューをしました。はじめてクロコダイルを食べましたが鳥のような味で食べやすかったです。オーストラリアにきて食べたことのなかった食べ物を沢山食べることができて嬉しいです。

日曜日にはサーフィンに連れて行ってもらいました。私は2度目の挑戦でしたが前回よりうまくできずに悔しかったです。最近は寒くなってきて海も冷たかったです。長野県には海がないので海はとても楽しいです。日曜日にみんな犬と一緒に海でのんびりしていました。オーストラリアのカジュアルな生活スタイルがわたしはとても好きです。

It has been 1 month since I came to Australia. This week, I have been able to experience a lot of things this week too. This week there was a fundraiser day so many people brought food in to the school. I saw many foods for the first time. My friends had made cakes by herself so I was surprised.  At recess I ate a lot of kinds of food.

On weekend my host family took me to a market and the sea. I went to the mall with my host mother. I could see many shops. There are many cute goods in the mall so I liked it. I was surprised about Australian sushi shops because it is different to Japanese sushi shops.

Even though the taste is different it was a very good taste.

At dinner time, I ate crocodile meat. It was the first time I had ever eaten crocodile meat but it was tasty and tasted like chicken.

I am glad because I could eat lots of foods for the first time since I came to here.

On Sunday I went to the beach and tried surfing. It was the second time I had tried but I couldn’t do it as good so I was frustrated but I am glad to go to the sea because my prefecture doesn’t have sea. There are many people who were relaxing on the weekend with dogs. I like the casual lifestyle of the Australian people.
