活動報告

映画館はとても広く、日本とは違うことが多くありました。一つ目は座席のシートです。

日本ではあまり背もたれを横にしたりできませんが、私の行った映画館では、リクライニングができ、背もたれを下げたり、足のシートをあげることができました。とてもリラックスできる空間でした。

二つ目は日本ではコロナということもあり、声を出すことは禁止されていますが、オーストラリアでは声を出してよかったことです。クライマックスはとても盛り上がりがすごかったです。英語を全部理解するのは難しかったですが、大体の話の内容がわかり、とても楽しく見ることができました。

日曜日にRaising Water Parkに行きました。とても混んでいて、パーク内はとても広く、1日では全てのスライダーを全て乗り切れないほどたくさんありました。短期の留学生と、ホストファミリーと一緒に行き、一緒にスライダーでレースをしたりとたくさん思い出を作ることができました。

今週で一軒目のホームステイが終わり、二軒目でのホームステイが始まりました。

たくさん思い出を作っていきたいです。

I went to the movies on Saturday.  I saw a horror movie called “Scream”.  It was my first time going to a movie theater overseas, and I’ve always wanted to go, so I was very happy to be able to go.

The movie theater was very large, and there were many things that were different from Japan.  The first is the seat.

In Japan, you can’t really lay your back down, but at the movie theater I went to, I could recline, lower your back, and raise my legs.  It was a very relaxing space.

Secondly, in Japan, it is prohibited to speak out due to the coronavirus, but in Australia it was good to speak out.  The climax was so exciting.  It was difficult for me to understand all of the English, but I understood most of what was being said and enjoyed watching it very much.

We went to Raising Water Park on Sunday.  It was so crowded and the park was so big that there were so many slides that I couldn’t ride them all in one day.  I went there with a short-term exchange student and my host family, and we made a lot of memories together, such as doing a race on a slider.

The first homestay ended this week, and the second homestay started.
