学校: Bishop Druitt College(オーストラリア)

期間: 3月10日〜6月4日

3月11日にオーストラリアに来て4日ほどが経ちました。
3月10日に出発して次の日の夕方に着きました。ホストファミリーが暖かく迎えてくださりありがたかったです。僕のホストファミリーはマカダミアナッツ農場を経営しています。庭がとても広い家です。日曜日には早速海に行きました。波がとても強かったです。こっちの学校に来て思ったことは授業の受け方が自由だということです。例えばイヤホンで音楽をお聞きながら授業を受けていたり、パソコンの充電がなくなったら、コンセントの近くに行って授業を受けていたりしていました。そしてわからないことがあったらすぐに質問していました。数学や化学などいろんな授業を受けましたが、ほとんど内容が一緒でした。火曜日には体育がありました。体育ではサーフィンをやりました。最初は難しかったけど経験を重ねるごとにできるようになりました。水曜日は料理の授業と日本語の授業を受けました。餃子のようなものを作りました。美味しかったです。日本語の授業は天気予報のリスニングをしていました。これからたくさんのことを経験したいと思います。

It has been about 4 days since I came to Australia on March 11.

I left on March 11th and arrived the next evening. I was grateful that the host family welcomed me warmly. My host family runs a macadamia nut farm. The garden is a very large house. I went to the sea immediately on Sunday. The waves were very strong. What I thought when I came to this school is that they,re free to take classes. For example, they can taking classes while listening to music with earphones, or when my computer ran out of charge, I went near the outlet and took classes. And I was asking questions as soon as there was something I didn’t understand. I took various classes such as mathematics and chemistry, but most of the contents were the same. I had physical education on Tuesday. I did surfing in physical education. It was difficult at first, but I was able to do it as I gained experience. I took a cooking class and a Japanese class on Wednesday. I made something like dumplings. It was delicious. I was listening to the weather forecast in the Japanese class. I want to experience a lot of things from now on.
