木曜日にDrewくんと映画を見に行きました。SPY×FAMILYを見ました。字幕がなく全部英語でしたが、前見に行った時とは違く、結構理解できて、嬉しかったです。
金曜日には、いつもと違うビーチに行きました。そこではペリカンのショーがありました。ペリカンはDrewくんの一番好きな動物らしいです。その後にボーリングをしました。難しかったですが楽しかったです。
そしてこのレポートが最後になります。オーストラリアはとても自由で、その分みんなが近い歳にも関わらずとても大人びている印象でした。そしてみんな優しく、元気でした。英語力もCCGSの友達から始めよりずっと成長したと言ってもらえて、最初は全くわからなかった英語版の映画も最後にはほぼ理解できるようになって、目に見えて成長がわかったので嬉しかったです。英語力を上げるだけに限らず、日本人と違った性格の人や違う国の友達や文化、建物や動物などが新鮮で知識や思考、なりたいものなどの視野が広がるというところも、海外留学の魅力だと思いました。
本当に留学をしてよかったなと心から思いました。ありがとうございました。
On Thursday, drew and I went to see a movie, SPY x FAMILY. There were no subtitles and everything was in English, but it was different from the last time we went to see a movie, and I was quite happy to be able to understand it.
On Friday, we went to a different beach. There was a pelican show. Pelicans are Drew’s favorite animal. After that, we went bowling. It was difficult but fun.
This is the last report. Australia is a very free country, and I got the impression that everyone was very mature, even though they were all close in age. And everyone was kind and energetic. My friends at ccgs told me that my English skills had improved a lot since the beginning, and I could understand most of the English movies that I couldn’t understand at first. I thought that the appeal of studying abroad was not only to improve my English, but also to broaden my knowledge, thoughts, and vision of what I want to be by seeing people with different personalities from Japanese people, friends from different countries, cultures, buildings, animals, and other fresh experiences.
I am truly glad that I studied abroad. Thank you very much.
