活動報告

期間：2月4日〜4月22日

月曜日に10月に上田西高校に留学に来ていたオースティンとオースティンの家族とChatswoodに遊びに行きました。私は去年CCGS短期留学に参加をして、その時のホストファミリーがオースティンでした。このような形でまた再会出来ると思っていなかったので私を遊びに誘ってくれてとても嬉しかったです。

そして水曜日にSakuraの乗馬の大会を見に行きました。彼女はDressage & jumping と呼ばれる2つの競技に出場しました。どれも初めて見るものばかりで特にjumpingの競技は迫力があってかっこよかったです！

これが最後のウィークリーレポートとなります。

この3ヶ月間は毎日が充実していました。約3ヶ月間滞在して沢山のオーストラリアの方の優しさ、価値観の違い、お互いを認め合う大切さを自分の目で見る事が出来ました。英語力ももちろん上達したと思いますが、恥ずかしがらず何事にも挑戦するという力が自分自身に身についたと思います。帰国後も好きな英語を勉強し続け将来の夢に活かしたいです。留学に行って沢山の素敵な思い出を作れて良かったです！

On Monday, I went to Chatswood with Austin who came to study abroad at Ueda Nishi High School in October and his family.

I participated in the CCGS short-term study abroad last year, and my host family at that time was Austin. I was so happy that I was able to see them again. From Tuesday until Thursday , I went to see Sakura’s horse riding competition.

She participated in two competitions called Combined Training which consists of Dressage & show jumping and then show jumping by itself. All of these events were events I’ve experienced for the first time, especially the jumping which was powerful and cool !

This will be my last weekly report.

It was a really fun 3 months aboard on exchange to Australia.

I stayed for about 3 months and was able to see with my own eyes the kindness of many Australians, the differences in values, and the importance of recognizing each other.

Of course, I think my English skills have improved but I think I have gained confidence in my ability to challenge everything without being shy too nowadays.

I want to study English more after going back to Japan and I want to make use it for my future dream job. I was so happy that I could make a lot of wonderful memories in Australia.
