3月28日から31日まで、キングスクリフとゴールドコーストに旅行に行きました。ひなのさんのホストファミリーがひなのさんと一緒に連れて行ってくれました。そこに行くのは初めてだったので、とてもワクワクしていました。学校から目的地に向かう途中で野生のカンガルーを見つけました。こんなにたくさんのカンガルーを見たことがなかったので驚きました。宿泊施設は広くて綺麗だったのでとても感動しました。夕食はインド料理を食べ、その後ひなのさんと一緒に映画を見ました。

金曜日はビーチに行きました。天気が良く、海は綺麗でした。フィッシュアンドチップスを食べ、その後ケーキを食べました。その日の午後はひなのさんと一緒に宿泊施設のプールで泳ぎました。宿泊施設にプールが備わっていて嬉しかったです。夕食は日本食レストランに行きました。

土曜日はゴールドコーストのショッピングセンターに行きました。今まで行ったオーストラリアのショッピングセンターの中で一番大きなものでした。ひなのさんと一緒に服と靴を買いました。また、オーストラリア限定のお茶も買いました。店員さんにおすすめを聞くこともでき、とても楽しい買い物ができました。その日の夜は、夕食にタイ料理を食べました。3日間の夕食で3か国のおいしい料理を楽しめて幸せでした。

日曜日は、帰る途中でカフェに立ち寄りました。とても混んでいて、カフェが好きな人が多いんだなと思いました。オーストラリアのカフェ文化は素晴らしいと思いました。

I went on a holiday to Kingscliff and Gold Coast from the 28th to the 31st of March. Hinano’s host parents took me there with Hinano. It was my first time going there, so I was very excited. We found wild kangaroos on the way from school to the destination. I was surprised because I had never seen so many of them. I was very impressed because the accommodation was spacious and beautiful.  We ate Indian food for dinner, then I watched a movie with Hinano.

Last Friday, we went to the beach. The weather was nice, and the sea was beautiful. We ate fish and chips, then we ate French cake. That afternoon, I swam in our accommodation’s swimming pool with Hinano. I was happy that the accommodation was equipped with a swimming pool. We went to a Japanese food restaurant for dinner.

Last Saturday, we went to a shopping center in Gold Coast. It was the biggest out of all the Australian shopping centers I’ve been to so far. I bought some clothes and shoes with Hinano. Also, I bought some Australian exclusive tea. I was able to ask the store clerk for recommendations. I had a great time shopping. That evening, we ate Thai food for dinner. I was happy to enjoy the delicious food from three countries at dinner for the past three days.

Last Sunday, we went to stop at the cafe on our way home. It was very crowded, so I thought that many people liked cafes. I thought the cafe culture in Australia was wonderful.

I had the most enjoyable weekend in the history of studying abroad. Thanks to Hinano’s host parents and Hinano, my Easter Holiday was wonderful. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
