金曜日の夜にホストファミリーが交代しました。新しいホストファミリーとも沢山英語で会話をしたりカードゲームをしたり日本語を教えたりして毎日楽しい時間を過ごしています。家族全員が日本の文化に興味を持ってくれていて、長野県のことを素敵な所と言ってくれたので嬉しかったです。また犬を飼っていて私のところにいつも来てくれます。とても可愛いです！
火曜日にスイミングカーニバルがありました。CCGSは五つのハウス(チーム)に分かれていてフリースタイルやリレーなどをしてそれぞれのハウスで競い合います。私はIronbark(青色)に所属しました。みんなで大きな声で応援歌を歌いました。同じハウスの選手が泳ぐのが遅くても、生徒の皆さんは応援したり拍手をしたりしていてとても素敵だなと感じました。スイミングカーニバルに参加して見るだけでもとても楽しかったので、上田西高校でも開催して欲しいと思いました！
My host family changed on Friday. I am having good time every day by talking a lot with my host family in English, playing UNO and teaching Japanese.
My host family is interested in Japanese cultures and I was glad that they said “Nagano is nice place”. Also they have a dog. The dog always come to me. It’s so cute!
There was a swimming carnival on Tuesday.
CCGS is divided into five houses (teams) and compete in each house with freestyle and relays.
I was in Ironbark. We all sang cheering song in a loud voice. Even if the players in the same house were slow to swim, students were cheering and applauding, and I felt that it was very nice. It was a lot of fun just to participate in the swimming carnival, so I wanted it to be held at Ueda Nishi High School!
