It has been ten weeks since I came to Australia. My study abroad ends this week.
This week, I had like a race walking event for one of my classes. I went to Coffs Harbour’s beach and I walked a lot. It was relaxing because the sea and waves were beautiful.
Also, I did the sup with Okinawa, Tokyo and Taiwan’s exchange students and BDC’s junior high school students. I paired with Lani. I did the sup for the first time and I was able to stand up on the board. When I was standing, Lani shook the board and I almost fell. It was so fun and I was able to talk with Lani doing the sup.
I got friends to sign Australia’s flag because it was my last week. I was able to make friends to the extent that the national flag was raised. Also, I ate cake with everyone during school break time because it was my last day.
I got presents a koala plush toy, T-shirt and an album. I’m so happy. I thought,I don’t want to go home yet.
On the weekend, I went to Sydney to do sightseeing. I went shopping and to the zoo in Sydney. I bought UGG’s shoes. UGG is an Australian brand. I bought shoes with designs that I have never seen Japan. Also, I received UGG’s clothes and a koala’s keyholder. I’m so happy because all of them are cute.I gave food to koalas at the zoo. They were cute, eating the leaves.It was interesting that koalas were fighting with each other over food when I saw them.There were many animals including giraffes and Meerkats, etc.
Also, I went to YO-CHI. YO-CHI is a shop I’ve always been curious about since coming to Australia. There is also one in Tokyo, but when I looked it up, it was written that it originated in Australia, so I was taken there.YO-CHI is a yogurt ice cream shop. I made my favorite toppings after I chose my favorite yogurt ice flavor. It was very delicious.Also, I went to see the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. I had seen them before at night, but this time I saw them during the day, so it felt different. It was beautiful both during the day and at night.It was so fun that I was able to go to various places in Sydney for the last time.
Penny, Sam and Jonah, thank you so much for accepting me. I had a wonderful time visiting many places in Australia and talking together. Also, thank you to everyone at BDC.I was very nervous at first when they talked to me.If it’s a simple conversation now, I can speak English and I was able to talk and have a conversation. I’m not ready to leave Australia.I want to use what I learned from this study abroad in my future life. And, I want to live by incorporating English into my life.

オーストラリアに来てから10週間が経ちました。今週で留学が終わってしまいます。
今週は学校の授業で競歩大会がありました。コブスハーバービーチへ行き沢山歩きました。海と波がとても綺麗で音もいい音に癒されました。
また、沖縄、東京、台湾の留学生と中学生でサップをやりました。私はラニとペアでやりました。サップは初めてやりましたが板の上で立つことができました。私が立っている時にラニが板を揺らしてきて落ちそうになりました。ラニとサップをしながら沢山話ができてとても楽しかったです。
今週は学校が最後だったので、オーストラリアの国旗に友達からサインをもらいました。国旗がうまるくらい沢山の友達ができました。また、学校の休み時間に私が最終日なため、みんなでケーキを食べました。プレゼントにコアラのTシャツやぬいぐるみ、アルバムをもらいました。とても嬉しいです。
週末はシドニーを観光しました。シドニーではショッピングをしたり動物園に行きました。ショッピングではオーストラリア発祥のブランドUGGの靴を買いました。日本ではなかなか見られないデザインの靴を買いました。また、UGGの服とコアラのキーホルダーも買っていただきました。どれもとても可愛くてとても嬉しいです。動物園ではコアラにご飯をあげました。葉っぱをもって食べていて持っても可愛かったです。私が見たときにコアラが少しケンカをしていて面白かったです。他にもキリンやミーヤキャットなど沢山の動物がいました。
また、Yo-chi にも行きました。Yo-chiは私がオーストラリアに来てからずっと気になっていたお店です。東京にもありますが調べたらオーストラリア発祥と書かれていたので連れて行っていただきました。Yo-chiはヨーグルトアイスのお店です。ヨーグルトアイスの味を選んだ後、自分の好きなトッピングをしました。とてもおいしかったです。また、シドニーハーバーブリッジとオペラハウスも見に行きました。前回も見に行きましたが、前回は夜に見に行ったため、また違った雰囲気で見られました。昼間に見ても夜に見てもどちらも綺麗でした。
最後にシドニー観光ができ、様々な場所へ行けてとても楽しかったです。
ペニー、セーム、ジョナ私を受け入れてくださりありがとうございます。オーストラリアの様々なところへ観光に連れて行ってくださり沢山お話ができ、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。また、BDCの皆さんもありがとうございます。最初は不安でいっぱいだった私と沢山話してくれて今は簡単な会話なら英語で会話ができるようになり、自分からも話しかけて会話することができるようになりました。帰国するのがとても寂しいです。今回の留学で学んだ沢山のことをこれからの生活に活かしていきます。また、英語を生活の一部に取り入れて生活したいです。
