We started our long vacation on April 3rd. I came to Sydney with Zoa and zoa’s mother.
In Sydney, I am staying at my host mother’s friend’s house. They have a dog named Rosie. She is very friendly and cute. I am excited about my stay here.
On April 3rd, I went to Sydney by car with zoa’s mother and Zoa. It took about five and a half hours. As we got closer to Sydney, there were more buildings and it became more like a big city. I was very excited when we arrived.
That night, we went to a Japanese restaurant. I ate soy sauce ramen. The restaurant had a Japanese menu and many Japanese decorations, so I felt like I was in Japan. I was very happy. The ramen was very delicious because I had not eaten it for a long time. We also ate gyoza together. I want to eat it again.
After that, we walked around Bondi Beach. There were many people and it was very lively. On the way home, we bought ice cream at a famous ice cream shop and ate it at home. My favorite flavor is caramel.
On April 4th, I went shopping mall．Then, we took a bus to the Australian Museum. There, we learned about Aboriginal people, animals, and the history of nature in Australia. Everything was very interesting.

4月3日から長期休みに入りました。私はシドニーに連れてきてもらっています。
シドニーではゾアのお母さんのお友達の家に泊まらせてもらいます。そこにルージーという犬がいました。とても人懐こくてかわいいです。これからが楽しみです。
3日はお母さんとゾアの運転でシドニーに向かいました。約5時間半ほどかかりました。どんどんシドニーに近づくほどビルが増えて、都会になっていきました。シドニーに着いた時とてもわくわくしていました。
その日の夜ご飯は日本食のところへ連れてってもらい、しょうゆラーメンを食べました。内装が日本語のメニューがあったり、お酒のラベルが貼られていたり、日本を感じることができてとてもうれしかったです。しょうゆラーメンは久しぶりに食べたので感動しました。とっても美味しかったです。みんなで餃子も食べました。また食べたいです。
その後はボンダイビーチ周辺を散歩しました。たくさんの人で賑わっていました。帰りにアイス屋さんでアイスを買ってお家で食べました。とても有名なアイス屋さんだそうです。そこのキャラメル味がお気に入りです。
4日は近くのショッピングモールで買い物をして、バスを使ってAustralian Museumに行きました。そこはオーストラリアのアボリジニや動物、自然の歴史について学べるところです。どれも興味深いものばかりでした。
