Day 19 :Sunday
I went to the Reptile Park with Iseult, her mom, Kaede, and Yuko. I really wanted to see kangaroos, but they were resting and I couldn’t see them, which was sad. However, I saw many other animals like crocodiles, Komodo dragons, and huge snakes! The crocodiles were very loud, making noises like engine sounds. I always thought they were quiet, so I was shocked! It was also my last day staying at Sofia’s house. Thank you so much for everything!

Day 20 :Monday
Today, I moved to my new host family, Hannah’s house. I’m looking forward to staying with you, Hannah! The scenery around her house is different from where Sofia lives, so it’s interesting to experience a different side of Australia. There are two Labradors, Ella and Indy. They are so cute!

Day 21 :Tuesday
After getting home, I went for a swim in the pool at the house. Ella and Indy love the pool, so we played together a lot. They are very active and smart, which is different from my two dogs in Japan. They are so cute!

Day 22 :Wednesday
We sang songs at school this morning in choir, everyone is such a good singer! After school, I went with Hannah to her karate practice and joined in. The instructor was really funny. When I taught him some karate forms in Japanese, he was so happy he was jumping for fun! He’s a great person. I received a white belt, and I’ll do my best to get a black belt in one month!

Day 23 :Thursday
Today was an event called “Connection Day” at school. We were split into random groups and competed for points through various activities. We did puzzles, made human pyramids, and even created a rap! Everyone in my group was kind and funny. I’d love to do it again.

Day 24 :Friday
I had a math test today. The teacher was so kind and went out of his way to prepare the test in Japanese just for me. I really love this teacher! He always says “Bye-bye, Mikuru” after class. He is very passionate and a great teacher. In the afternoon, I had basketball. It’s tiring, but I’m finally getting used to it. It’s fun!

Day 25 :Saturday
Since Hannah was busy today, I went to Hope’s house. It was Hope’s younger sister Gwyneth’s 10th birthday party! She loves Taylor Swift, so her songs were playing all day. Gwyneth is so energetic and funny. We played basketball and video games, and even did a piñata! I’ve never done that in Japan, so I was happy to try it. Happy Birthday, Gwyneth! Hope’s family are all wonderful people, and I’m looking forward to my stay with them.

19日目(日曜日)
今日はイゾルトとイゾルトのお母さんとかえでとゆこと一緒にレプタイルパークに行きました。
僕はカンガルーが見たかったけどおやすみしてていませんでした。悲しかったです。でも他に色々な動物が見れました。
ワニやコモドドラゴンや大きな蛇などを見ました。ワニはとてもうるさくエンジン音のような音をずっと出していました。ワニは静かだと思っていたので驚きました。
そして今日はソフィアの家にホストするのが最後の日でした。たくさんお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

20日目(月曜日)
今日はホストが代わりハナになりました。
これからよろしくお願いします。ハナちゃん。
ハナの家はソフィアの住んでいる場所と町の風景が違くて、違うオーストラリアを感じれて面白かったです。
家には2匹のラブラドールのエラとインディがいます。2匹ともどっちも可愛いです！

21日目(火曜日)
今日は家に帰った後、家にあるプールで泳ぎました。エラとインディはプールが好きで一緒にたくさん遊びました。日本の自分の家にいる2匹の犬とは違い、とてもアクティブで賢かったです。とっても可愛かったです。

22日目(水曜日)
今日の朝は学校でchoirというものがありました。そこでは歌を歌いました。みんな歌が上手です。
学校が終わったあとはハナが空手をしているのでそれに着いて行き、一緒に空手をしました。
空手の師範はとても面白く、空手の型を日本語で教えたら飛び跳ねて喜んでいました。とってもいい人でした。
白帯をもらいました、１ヶ月で頑張って黒帯にしたいと思います。

23日目(木曜日)
今日は学校でコネクションデイと言うイベントがありました。ランダムに分けられたグループで色々なアクティビティをしてポイントを競うものでした。
パズルをしたり、人間ピラミッドを作ったり、ラップを作ったりと色々なことをしました。
グループの人達はみんな優しくて面白かったです。またやりたいです。

24日目(金曜日)
今日は数学の授業で小テストをしました。
先生が僕の為にわざわざ日本語でできたテストを作ってくれていました。僕はこの先生が大好きです。
いつも授業が終わると「バイバイみくる」と言ってくれます。
授業熱心でいい先生です。
午後はバスケットボールがありました。とっても疲れますが、最近ようやく慣れてきました。楽しいです。

25日目(土曜日)
今日はハナが忙しいのでホープの家に行きました。
この日はホープの妹のグイネスの10歳の誕生日会でした。
グイネスはテイラースウィフトが好きで一日中テイラースウィフトの曲が流れてました。
グイネスはとっても元気で面白かったです。
バスケットボールをしたりゲームをしたりしました。
ピニャータもしました。日本ではしたことがなかったのでできて嬉しかったです。
グイネス誕生日おめでとう。
ホープの家族はみんないい人でした。ステイする日が楽しみです。
